Oklahoma Introduces Limited Specialty Threading License
12/20/2021The Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering created a limited specialty cosmetology license to regulate the practice of threading. The Board created the new threading license through rules under the current cosmetology act, which were approved by Governor Stitt on November 1, 2021.
